Our windows are now 6 years old and still working like new. Recently we thought there was a small problem with one of the locks. Well, we thought wrong. Frank's son came out and showed us how the lock was just fine. Not only do they install quality windows, but they stand behind them also. Would not hesitate to use them in any product they install.
