Somerset St Tailor Shop is known as the best tailor around with amazing prices and perfect work. Customers are always satisfied with the quick service. They excel in tailoring pieces with extra care like a velvet dress for special occasions. While there might be some slight hiccups like needing more time for alterations, overall the work is well done. The tailor is friendly, understanding, and less expensive than other places in the area. Customers are eager to see how she handles jackets and blazers next.
I went there to get 4 pair of pants altered and wanted them in a week. She told me that she needed 2 weeks which was disappointing but I understood. When I returned in 2 weeks the pants were done but they weren't ironed so I had to return the following day. I picked up the pants the following day and the work was done well. One of the pants still had a bit of a gap which I noticed when I took them home so had to return them and she took them back and fixed them. It was my first time using her and I understand that this can happen. All in all, she does good work and she is friendly. She is less expensive than another place that I used to go to in Elizabeth. I will try to see how she does with jackets and blazers next.
Quality work at an affordable price. I've had more than 30 jeans and dress pants fitted and never once a complaint. FYI my wife also uses them for here tailor needs "pants, dresses etc.
She does an incredible job for a great price!!! I've taken several work uniforms for alteration, they've come out well done, neatly pressed and have withstood countless washings! They are also very friendly!
