“It was my first time hiring Vanguard but it will not be my last. I called and they were able to send Mike the same day to do the job. I needed a leaky toilet shut off valve to be fixed, change the wax ring and connect the toilet again. Mike did have to come back the next day to install the bolt caps that I had not provided on the initial visit. I also asked to have the outdoor spigot replaced, which was done the same day as well. Mike was very professional and answered all my questions. He also took the time to show me where to find the shut off valve for the outdoor spigot in the basement and also gave me information on how to winterize the outdoor spigot.“
