Certified Bumper Repair & Collision

Overall, my experience with Certified Bumper Repair was exceptional. Top-tier service that meets service level agreement
and customer satisfaction.
The following are some of the takeaways that defines exceptional service:
Mission Statement - Do it right the first time. There is a sign at the location, which the work ethics are based on. This says a lot
And adds to the craftsmanship of their work.

Customer Service - Clear communication from the ladies that work in the office on the work that is being done. Always updating the customer on progress and next steps.
These are key when building trust and allowing an organization to do work on your car.

Thank you Jose for fixing my daughter’s car. She was involved in a hit & run. I was told by one body shop that it wasn’t worth fixing. A co worker called certified bumper & sent Jose the pictures of her poor car. They picked up her car Friday night. Less than a week later it was all fixed & better than before. Jose even fixed a couple of dents that were there prior to her accident. I would highly recommend certified bumper repair & collision to anyone.

They are amazing! My husband and I went in to get both our cars repaired following a minor collision and they were honest and upfront about what service would be needed and how much it would cost. They fixed my husband's car quickly as it didn't require much work. They were very upfront about what parts would be needed for my car and how much it would cost.

I highly recommend this place. Their pricing is fair and the quality of work is phenomenal.
