Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced!
I dropped off my computer to be cleaned and I had a few questions about cooling systems for it. Rich was very helpful in explaining what work they did and what my options were for my computer. Everyone took the time to answer all my questions and were very friendly!
I will be recommending them to anyone I can!
Just had a 2 hour visit at home by Rich. He is excellent. Task was to figure out why an erroneous second e mail address showed up in my e mail. He made many calls to verizon and AOL to solve the issue. Much more patient with them than I would have been. Also set up a new i pad. Prices very reasonable. I recommend him to everyone with tech issues. A life saver. Wonderful.
