Arielle was great! I missed my appointment by hours... got the time wrong. At her own discretion, she clocked back in and did my son's haircut anyway. I feel she went above and beyond to satisfy a customer.

My GF came here to fix her hair before her mom's funeral after another stylist messed it up. They fixed her hair. The girls all are very sweet and pleasant. Thank you all for a great job.

Got to the location ten minutes before appointment. My kid was taken back within ten minutes. I on the other hand had to wait 45 minutes to be seen as the artist took a walk in minutes before my appointment. We both had appointments at the same time. Things happen, I understand. I was told it would be a few minute wait not 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. There was constant complaining and arguing amongst the staff. My kids hair cut ended up being nothing like the picture that was shown. Overall disappointed. I'm giving a rating of 3 stars as my kids hair ended up dying her artists hands. Staff was mostly friendly. Ambience was way off.Services: Hairstyling
