So my family has come in for about a year and 5 stars is what I gave them. They were friendly until one of the techs made a mistake and told my wife to come back the next day. She did and was ignored for about 20 min waiting then asked for help and was ignored which is rude. She decided to leave after another 5 minutes. We are polite even when something is wrong. They work hard but being rude to a regular customer is wrong and you provide the service and pretend like it didn't happen. Their manners are money driven and it's sad. My money spends well elsewhere. It's been a lesson.

The products being used are not producing the desired results. I have early chipping within a few days of gel manicure bot done by Sam. Perhaps fresh product is needed.Service: Gel manicures

The quality is great and they take their time. There is a bit of a wait time but I really appreciate the time they take to give u good quality. Also they have an ATM that is no fee in case u forget cash.
