What I appreciated most was his honesty, and advice regarding the best way to access a large oak on my property without destroying my newer Sod that was planted last year. With his estimate , he sent me his resume and a summary regarding his company. After about 5-6 estimates , he was the only one who seemed to actually care about my property and surrounding neighbors property.
