Yes, They were on top of the logistics from beginning to end. During the packing of the truck on the day of the move, they were efficient, careful in protecting important & fragile items we could not pack, such as an old mirror. The were professional and considerate for the whole day. They even put some heavy items in the attic. We highly recommend them.

Hired Jersey Moving Pro to help with a interstate move out of New Jersey. We had several guys come on the scheduled date to take our stuff out of the house. While we packed clothes and other stuff into quite a number of boxes, we didn't get to do TV's, computers, and large furniture. They assured us they would take care of all that. Even with us underestimating the additional packing and labour we needed, the price we were charged was competitive and reasonable for an interstate move. They did a fantastic job packing. Nothing was lost or damaged. Computers, monitors, sofas, beds, tables, etc were disassembled in a very professional and efficient manner, and packed very safe and sound. I was actually quite surprised how well they disassembled and packed this stuff. Even my expensive monitors arms were handles with care. The movers were friendly and worked very hard. They used blankets, professional bubble wrap and tape. They were worth every penny for the additional packing. The forman was upfront and honest with us as well. As fast, professional, and efficient the guys taking our stuff out were, the real reason for my five stars was actually when they delivered our furniture to the new location. The delivery guy was named Bogdan (and coincidentally, so was his teammate). They were extremely friendly, patient, and professional. They did not complain and they made sure we were 200% satisfied. They had a great attitude, and answered all of our questions. They gave suggestions on the best layout for some of the furniture when we were unsure ourselves. They were mindful of the house, and to not damage walls, stairs, doors, fixtures, etc. They worked hard without taking practically any breaks. Bogdan and Bogdan are deserving of 6 out of 5 stars. Some of the hardest working professionals I have ever met. From start to finish, we are very satisfied with Jersey Moving Pro and their employees' customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone moving within, or out of New Jersey!
