The massage was okish. Before the start of massage I had specifically filled out 2 forms where I had mentioned specific focus areas and that was not followed. Although it was not a bad experience, it was not good as I had read reviews about. Sorry to say pretty disappointing.
During my recent visit I planned to use one of my remaining packages and then cancel my membership. What I didn’t expect was to get a massage from Sumaya (Maya), a new addition to the great massage therapists at this site. What set her apart was not only her technique (not sure if that’s how to describe it), but also how quickly she set me at ease and listened to my needs. Needless to say I didn’t cancel my membership and I have already recommended her to family and friends. She showed genuine care and as someone who has worked in the service industry in the past I appreciate exceptional customer service.
I recently had a massage with Maya and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. Her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing, and I appreciated the time she took to listen to my concerns and customize the session accordingly. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate massage therapist, look no further than Maya.
