Rebecca Pugliese’s classes are an instant mood booster! Of course the workouts are great and my body is definitely more toned, but I didn’t realize what a boost to my spirit they would be, too! All of the stress and craziness lately had me feeling beat down, and these classes just make me feel joyful and happy and alive! So thank you! ???

First Fit has the best Zumbini instructor- Jamie Wohl. Her families come back year after year from infant to age 4 because she truly loves seeing them grow. I hear they may start a Zumba kids program too!!!

Just took a boot camp class with Ashley. Loved it! Challenging but definitely worth it. Ashley is an amazing instructor! So personable and friendly, and motivates you throughout the class. I can't wait until the next one!
