Had a antique rocking chair redone. Arm posts were missing and they hand made the missing post. Just got it today and we are happy how it turned out. So now this rocker will go for other 100 years thanks to you guys. If they're were more stars to rate I'd send more. Thanks again.

I had a wonderful experiences with this company. They were quick to contact me. Their tech was courteous and knowledgeable. This issue with my sofa was fixed in an hour, and for a reasonable fee.

Best Furniture Services is just that, Best!Our new (expensive) sofa was creaking. The vendor sent BFS to investigate the problem as the vendor in North Carolina.They were professional and knew exactly what to look for. They tightened some screws and discovered our sofa company forgot to put the middle leg on the long sofa.No more squeaks and they have ordered the new leg. They will be back to install it.I never new such a service existed that would come to my house to diagnose and repair my furniture. Great resource!
