Ken replaced the entire coil system in one of our recliner chairs. He does excellent and detailed work. He was easy to get a hold of and always contacted us in a timely manner. It’s difficult to find people to do this kind of work these days and we will definitely use his services again.
Incredible workmanship and service. We had a complex chair repair, and Ken was not only very responsive, he also helped with the pickup and drop off. The actual repair was completely seamless and invisible, and he dropped the chair back well before the planned time, over the weekend.
