I applied for a new loan when I have a current loan with them. My current loan is almost paid. They first say you are approved then deny you. They have someone call me asking a hundred questions. How are you denying me when I’m already a customer that nearly paid off their loan. They say the new loan pays off the current loan. This is misleading.
Great experience with One Main Financial. This is the 2nd time I refinance my loan and the rep was super helpful and explained the process again fully!!! Would recommend them for anyone needing cash!!!
You want to borrow money, come to onemaininfancial and try their service, they have a good service, the only bad thing is that they charge you a lot of taxes, but if you take a loan of 8,000 and they tell you that you have to pay, let's say, 259 a month for 60 months, you will pay neither more nor less
