Jim actually cares & doesn't want anyone getting stranded on the road, wants his customers to get home safely & isn't just trying to collect money. Got my vehicle towed to this garage because the battery died and was the only shop in the area that wasn't closed. He went above and beyond and did a thorough diagnostic to make sure crucial parts like the starter and alternator were still intact, provided a printed report, and was even kind enough to explain his work as well as the cost of each rendered service. Such transparency is hard to find. The parts he uses come with a warranty. He is happy to answer concerns and provide car advice/share what he knows.

As of now I'm going to give 5 stars, had to come to North Bergen on the way the pipe that goes into muffler broke right at the muffler. I called jim he answered his phone at night and came over to the hotel to look at it for me. I asked him to get the cheapest muffler just so i can get home. I am waiting on a price from him so i will update this later.
I recently hired Jim to take a look at a car I was considering buying, and I am so glad I did. The car looked pristine at first, but upon having Jim and his crew look at it, they started finding some stuff that was seriously wrong! Helped me dodge a bad deal!! Jim and his guys were so great, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!
