During my father's stay at the skilled nursing facility, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the nursing staff. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the team was highly skilled and compassionate in their care. I am surprised by all of the bad reviews. I think with it being under new ownership it has made a difference in the care patients are receiving. I found the staff to be kind, attentive, caring and hard working. They really care about their patients and providing the best care for them. Myself and my siblings were all happy with the care our mother received.
I have to say my dad was a resident at the Harborage and until his last breath he said, he wouldn’t stay anywhere else put the “Harborage”! He and my mother were very happy with the facility and especially the staff. He was very well taken care of and my mother was always treated with gold gloves when she came too visit him. All the staff were very welcoming to her when she came. I’ve seen it first hand. I would recommend to anybody who is looking for a senior living facility for their loved one “The Harborage”!!! RIP POPS. “You will be missed, but never forgotten”!!! God bless you all and thank you from me and my family.
