I love getting my nails done at Celly's. It's super clean and the service is amazing. The owner is a super sweet lady and really cares for her customers. Jiggly recommend this place to everyone!
The staff is friendly and accommodating. They asked me if I wanted a bottled was during my short wait to start my pedicure service. Johanna did my pedicure. She was pleasant and gave a good leg massage. She also took her time and cleared away all of the dead skin that accumulated during the winter. I would go so far as to say she gave be THE BEST pedicure of my life! This place is clean and modernized. The only downside is street parking. Other than that, I highly recommend this nail salon!
Made an appointment with the owner for a color gel. Never showed up!!! Even after being called regarding the appointment, which I had proof of, she said she was not available.Would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad business practice, and clients are treated unprofessionally.
