My husband was not happy with his haircut. The owner reached out to us to express his concern with our disappointment and wanted to make it right. He was extremely polite and understanding. While the haircut was not our favorite, the customer service and consideration was exceptional. We don’t live in the area but will be back to give it another go because they obviously care about making their customers happy.
