“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. He also provided me with useful information I was able to use to dispute something that my home insurance was requiring, which was unnecessary and was going to significantly increase the cost of the project. With his guidance, my insurance rectified their position. The crew was respectful, friendly, and worked quickly and in a clean manner. Overall a very positive experience.“

The owner, Fabio, took on the job of removing the tank. Then filling the eight foot deep hole with crushed stone and topped it off with dirt and topsoil. The job was done well.
