I'm not sure how anyone with self-respect is willing to live in one of the bulky, cheaply-built block monstrosities built by the Lusa Construction company. The Lusa family should be ashamed and kicked out of the community not only for the egregious abuse towards the residential zoning laws, but more importantly, their revolting post-post modern architecture which shows off the Home Depot fences which they use for siding. Lusa Construction scammed me into believing that I was buying new construction with the latest and most up to date amenities but they did not test that the amenities actually functioned.First year living in the property I experienced freezing pipes, an HVAC heating system that cannot produce a temperature of more than 60 degrees inside the house (that’s right I am unable to heat the house at 68 or 70 degrees because the system is not functioning properly), electrical wiring that does not function.And they are not interested in fixing the problems.

Lusa Construction did such a good job on the construction they did at my property. I am so happy and can't thank them enough for all there work ethic and there customer service is top knotch
