As a new mom to dance, my daughter and I were welcomed with such care and excitement. I knew immediately this was going to be a great place for my daughter and also for myself. Jessica and the staff bring their expertise, talent, structure and passion to every class with grace and kindness. “I came to Newton Health and Wellness for multiple issues. My shoulders, back and hips were out of balance, my sinus’s have been inflamed for years and had such tight tension on my ribs and upper chest that is made it hard to breathe. Ati got me settled, she’s a ray of sunshine and works with your needs to make sure to stay on track. They were able to accommodate my schedule and take me at 630 am twice a week. Dr. Shaw created a 11 week 22 session plan and I’m halfway through and feeling like a brand new person fresh out of the box. He includes chiropractor work, massaging, stretching equipment and most of all laser treatment to increase mitochondrion production. This included with at home work has made it possible for me to see life changing results at life changing speed. 10 out of 10“
