Based on the reviews, Smith's Heating & Cooling LLC is a great company that provides professional and honest service. They are a family owned business that is always upfront and very fairly priced. The office staff and installers provide great and professional service. The crew is professional, on time, and does awesome work, with installations that come out clean and look great. They take the time to answer all questions. The company is known for showing up, even after hours on a Friday night before the 4th of July during the hottest days. One customer’s AC died, and after another company did not call back, Smith's came out at 9 pm, fixed the unit, and gave them cold air by 9:30. Another customer called during a heat wave, and they were the only company able to get someone out before the holiday and were the most reasonably priced. The technicians are kind, friendly, professional, and clean cut, getting everything fixed within an hour. Anyone looking for quality HVAC work for heat or AC service or installation should highly recommend this company.
Just want to thank Devon and Sam for the maintenance of my AC this year. They will be back to clean my furnace in August. Great guys and a great company. I have nothing but the best to say about this company. Always upfront and honest, and very fairly priced.
