Based on the reviews, Smith's Heating & Cooling LLC is a great company that provides professional and honest service. They are a family owned business that is always upfront and very fairly priced. The office staff and installers provide great and professional service. The crew is professional, on time, and does awesome work, with installations that come out clean and look great. They take the time to answer all questions. The company is known for showing up, even after hours on a Friday night before the 4th of July during the hottest days. One customer’s AC died, and after another company did not call back, Smith's came out at 9 pm, fixed the unit, and gave them cold air by 9:30. Another customer called during a heat wave, and they were the only company able to get someone out before the holiday and were the most reasonably priced. The technicians are kind, friendly, professional, and clean cut, getting everything fixed within an hour. Anyone looking for quality HVAC work for heat or AC service or installation should highly recommend this company.
Just completed oil to gas conversion.
Our experience from start to finish was excellent.
The front office patiently guided us through the paperwork for the loan process from the gas company.
They arrived exactly on the established appointment date and finished the same day - new system functioning flawlessly.
We were kept informed and educated to the new system throughout the entire process.
The level of professionalism and pride in a job well done is something I haven't seen in a while.
I would recommend Smith for any plumbing/HVAC project.
Dave(owner), Shane, Patrick and Frank just finished conversion from oil to natural gas Boiler. KEPT the HOUSE, FLOORS, and WORK AREA CLEAN and ORGANIZED!!! Installing gas pipes on 1 visit to removal of old boiler to new boiler, removal of oil from tank and moving tank for inspection along with inspection of new boiler...again...CLEAN and ORGANIZED. Explained everything about new system, answered all questions.
They were all Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, CLEAN and ORGANIZED!!
I would highly recommend SMITH'S HEATING AND COOLING for these homeowner needs!

On Tuesday July 14th we called Smiths heating and cooling LLC. We spoke to Pauline and explained our situation, we were in a jam and needed some help quick! An hour later Devin and another technician showed up. They diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and had us up and running in no time. A big thank you to Smiths heating and cooling !
