I had an incredible experience with my stylist, Ava, this morning. We started off by reaffirming the direction my first ever curly haircut was going to go, after our initial consultation a couple weeks ago. Ava put my nerves to ease with her friendly demeanor and knowledge/experience with curly hair. She took the time at the beginning of our appointment to you understand my wants and needs while giving me realistic expectations. Throughout the haircut Ava provided education on the cut and products used throughout the appointment. To say I'm happy is an understatement. It was the best haircut experience I have ever had. I wish I would have found Ava sooner!
