I just purchased my third pair of glasses from the Optical Center. The staff is wonderful: Alex and Genna were my initial contacts, they were very helpful. Jonathan came in at the end to make sure the glasses were sitting properly and that my prescription would fit the lens.He is also wonderful and very kind, making sure I was comfortable with the fit and the price. Thank you all for your collective effort in making sure I got the glasses I wanted!

Alex was extremely courteous, professional and went out of his way in search of finding me glasses similar to what I have. This type of help is very much appreciated. Keep up the great work.

Had a great experience. Alex and Genna went above and beyond. I had expensive frames and was told by another eyeglass location could not be reused after I ‘broke’ them. Brought the frames in with my new prescription - had to buy replacement lenses (new prescription) but they were able to confirm with their team that the frames were still good!! Thank you!!
