Great Experience all the way around! Took my son there for an emergency visit, they got me in the same day I called and it was a Saturday! Fit me in again two days later when I was concerned with the way his eye was healing. Dr. Alex Trezza was wondeful! He put my son at ease that all would be OK and he took the time to find a way for us to get the prescription that he needed that was not covered by my insurance! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, and as an added bonus the office smells incredible!

I was one of those people who waited until the end of the year to use my vision insurance, and ended up in the Optical Center on what was likely one of their busiest days of the year. I was lucky enough to work with Genna, who not only took amazing care of me but made me feel totally comforted by her obvious knowledge as well as patience and desire to make sure I was totally happy when I left the store. I was in no way rushed or pressured, and truly enjoyed working with her. They now have a customer for life!

I called to order new glasses, I broke the old pair and they were very accommodating. Had my new glasses ready within the hr. Always a pleasure to do business with Optical Center in Newton.
