I just purchased my third pair of glasses from the Optical Center. The staff is wonderful: Alex and Genna were my initial contacts, they were very helpful. Jonathan came in at the end to make sure the glasses were sitting properly and that my prescription would fit the lens.He is also wonderful and very kind, making sure I was comfortable with the fit and the price. Had a great experience. Alex and Genna went above and beyond. I had expensive frames and was told by another eyeglass location could not be reused after I ‘broke’ them. Brought the frames in with my new prescription - had to buy replacement lenses (new prescription) but they were able to confirm with their team that the frames were still good!! Thank you!!
