I hadn't needed any assistance with our taxes since 2001. But this year was different. I had some unplanned income come in and was completely confused by the way my payout was. But Erin and Dragonfly asked all the right questions and helped me find all the documents to finally get us two completed, signed (digitally) returns. If I had a question, Erin would be up at 5AM responding by a secure email portal guiding us through. We even are getting some money back! I just worked with Erin for the first time, and it will not be the last!I contacted her the day before tax day, thinking we would probably have to file an extension. Because I feared we might owe money, she prepared & filed our taxes on time…and we actually got a refund!! Beyond her efficiently & expertise, she was very responsive, patient & polite.
