I gave such a low rating because Tonya is nosy and unprofessional I had an appointment when I walked in she was on the phone taking care of her personal affairs and continued to do so off and on the majority of my appointment. Also a young woman came in while I was being serviced to speak with her and as soon as she left the owner started gossiping about the young lady to another that came in not too long after. The hairstyle was not worth the price point an came out meh... I came back and explained the one star rating to help others if I had a positive experience I would have had no problem writing about it.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE experience, hair done by the owner who was extremely GHETTO, put water on my hair and some shampoo, washed it out, took every bit of 2 minutes to wash hair, sat in her chair ask a question about hair care, she said she don't know look at my hair I don't know it's something people are born with,.talked on the phone and to other people over my head as she doing my hair, didn't cut band on stocking cap as other stylist do which caused me to have a bad headache and rash form on the back of my neck, cursed and talk about another sylist that worked there, also put so much glue on my hair it really messed my hair line up, WOULD NOT GO BACK EVEN IF THE.SERVICE...read full review

First let me begin by saying I am glad for Tonya because she was available to do my hair and opened her shop on a day she normally had off. I was in desperate need of a style that was simple and quick to do. She definitely delivered on simple however it took longer than expected. Although I requested a style that wasn't obnoxiously voluminous, my picture reflects the complete opposite and I found it seriously challenging to manage. However, I received unending compliments on Tonya's work and this made my day.
