I reached out to get my hair done at 8 because I wanted to know the cost of my style I negotiated a specific price because of first time basis I didn’t know what I would be walking out with in comparison to the picture I showed I felt uneasy as if conversation was being held about me & whenever I would make eye contact they would try to mimick whatever the conversation they were having in their dialect to English I got there at 8:30 am didn’t get out the chair until 4!!!!! 1st of all let me say they do hair well!!!Yes they are a little unprofessional but I feel like that's almost ever braiding spot in that area.I've been going on and off for the past 10yrs and I've only had on bad experience where she made the braids too large in the middleThey have a braid size chart and will give you a specific price up front.You do not have to bring your own hair.Afford

I went there on Thursday 5/13 and upon my arrival the owner “Gloria” was unprofessional from jump no mask on, eating food at the desk. I provided my own hair, and hair products. The girl doing my hair was with child and clearly was uncomfortable, no one made me feel welcome. Way too much attitude. They were speaking in their language the whole time. Half way through my style she tells me a different price from what was discussed via phone call before my arrival. She felt that it was cool to come stand beside me and scream and yell.
