Great company to work for. They do require experience for armed and unarmed guards but will often recommend you places to get updated on certifications and will work with you to give you a job. They are strict when it comes to policies and regulations which shows dedication and professionalism.

I have been working for Pro Cops over 8 years and to date my experience has been great. The company employs nearly 200 full time workers. Which allows for people to fed their families and pay their bills. Rarely do people get laid off unless its something of their own doing. A person can start off part time and with commitment work their way into a full time position.
