Update: The last couple times I went in there I was so pleased with their service. I should have asked for the person who cut my hair the last time but I didn't see her in there. The lady that cut my hair really messed my hair up. Its not even and its so short I can't even put it in a ponytail. Although they refunded me my money, Every time I look in the mirror I wanna cry. My hair was down to my back, now its to my neck. Its so short I can't do anything with it now and I can't afford to get it cut evenly. This was my first time ever coming here and I will be making it my business to come back every 2 weeks for my deep treatment and then some! Before I walked in this shop, my hair was completely damaged from color, bad trims and more but walking in here, I felt safe.
