Okay so I went to go get my hair done this past week, it was okay but I felt like they braided too hard and tight. They need to work on their customer service skills as I didn't enjoy being in pain half of time while getting the style I wanted. Now it feels like I'm gonna have a aneurysm or something.
I really like how my hair was braided, but the style I got was very simple there should’ve been no reason why 3 people were on my head and I still managed to be in the chair for over 5 hours. I would have been there longer if I didn’t help them braid down half of my head.
Which is another thing if a customer is helping finish the ends for more than HALF of their head and the price still remains the same, that just shows greed. I mostly like don’t plan on returning for that specific reason.
