Okay so I went to go get my hair done this past week, it was okay but I felt like they braided too hard and tight. They need to work on their customer service skills as I didn't enjoy being in pain half of time while getting the style I wanted. Now it feels like I'm gonna have a aneurysm or something.

She's still braiding like it's the early 2000s. I took my knotless box braids down the next day. Looked terrible and very heavy. What's the point of getting KNOTLESS box braids if it's going to end up looking very full and heavy? I do not like her style of braiding one bit.

I really like how my hair was braided, but the style I got was very simple there should’ve been no reason why 3 people were on my head and I still managed to be in the chair for over 5 hours. I would have been there longer if I didn’t help them braid down half of my head.
Which is another thing if a customer is helping finish the ends for more than HALF of their head and the price still remains the same, that just shows greed. I mostly like don’t plan on returning for that specific reason.
