Menor specializes in exXxtremely awesome and tight fades and close-cuts... $12 for a nice summer-time shape-up, and they will clean up your facial hair and eyebrows (which I've learned is a common practice for the toughest-of-tough Newarkers). They really take their time with you, so its best to go there when there aren't too many people waiting to "get next" (preferably anytime before 3pm). They don't speak much English, which actually makes for a very intimate experience as long as you look like you don't know any Spanish. It makes me feel like I'm a kid in there with my parents and their friends talking about random things. The location is very relaxed and is along a residential street right before hitting the main shops and restaurants (on the corner next to Wachovia).
