They never answer the phone if you call it is because you really need help since at the moment there is no work and with everything that is happening worse, not even saying it is a waste of time, it seems incredible to me

THE STATE HAS DECIDED THAT ALL CITIZENS WHO FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT MUST GO BACK HOME AND GET AN APPOINTMENT THAT TAKES 2 WEEKS! (IN MY AREA AT LEAST ESSEX) THE STATE HAS DECIDED THAT WE CANNOT COME TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE TO FILE BUT TO GO BACK HOME AND GO ONLINE AND TRY TO USE THEIR COMPLICATED WEBSITE. BUT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS CALL..BUT NO ONE ANSWERS.. YOU GO BACK TO EMPTY OFFICES WHERE THEY TELL YOU TO GO BACK HOME. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PAYING YOU THE MONEY THAT IS YOURS. IT'S TAKEN OVER 1 MONTH TO QUALIFY AND THEIR WEBSITE SYSTEM IS BROKEN BECAUSE IT'S NOT IN SYNCH WITH CHANGES. IT'S A REAL JOKE. The most incompetent thieves you will ever encountered. They gave my unemployment to some crook who applied under my name and they never asked him to verify his identity. When I tried to claim they denied me and it took six months to start getting benefits then they stopped and sent me a threatening letter saying I owe them 6000$. Complete scumbags and so is our Governor.
