The place is dirty, even the bathroom is horrible. It smells really bad I took
My daughter to get her hair done, they are not professional. For a business to have all these women working in there the place shouldn’t be that dirty. The stylist that was doing my daughter hair wanted to do her own thing I ask for mid back for her and she got it all the way to ber butt which she had to cut. I ask for bora braids and she wanted to curl the ends just because she wanted to go home, stating they she was tired, and she said I was a problematic customer because I wanted to get what I am paying for. They really need to do better.
I enjoyed my experience at this location. The ladies are in there working hard, two people per head to get you out quickly, my box braids came out beautifully and I got the $180 special for small medium waist length braids. The place was clean and the bathroom was also clean. Decent atmosphere as well. I am tender headed and have no complaints. They combed through my hair nicely and no pain in the process. Braids came out light weight as well. Also this lady has her own braiding hair in her store that is chemical and smell free and washed with apple cider vinegar ! The place is pretty crowded; business is booming. I had 2 braiders. One of them had really fast hands and was super neat. She was also the friendliest. The only thing I didn’t like was the quality of the hair. It was very cheap and synthetic or plastic looking. There was no other option to buy better quality hair as it was 7AM in the morning. Also, they NEED to work on cleanliness; clean towels, stop reusing the same hot water, and pass a mop and wipe down the space regularly. I used the bathroom at home, so I didn’t see inside the bathroom, but I am assuming it was not good in there either since the rest of the space was not well kept.
