The people are nice but the salon is not kept up well . I would even question the hygiene. The clear plastic is cut up , falling signs everywhere, no clear plastic in foot tub, nor did I see the cleaning of the foot tub. Based on photos, they don’t pay attention to the small details . I've been going to Hollywood nails since I was teenager and Kathy and Jimmy owned it..I'm in my 40's and bcus Nora is the only person outside of Kathy has touched my feet won't go anywhere until God brings me with him??
I was a faithful customer for a decade.. They do great eyebrows but i tried eyelashes for the first time there and it was horrible. Parts of my eyelashes got torn off because of the attempt of putting it on and off. The new owner is sweet but the place needs more people that are more professional and skilled.
