What a wonderful experience working with Mr. Reinaldo! From start to finish, I could not be more pleased with my replacement fence. He responded within a day to schedule a free estimate. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made some suggestions. I obtained two other estimates. None of the others brought a brochure to show the products they would be using and offered no suggestions. Fences4Us uses excellent wood fences with numerous ways to customize the fence. The Chain link fence to my back lot was at the end of its life as 2 posts were falling down. Called Fences4Us & Reinaldo came out, looked at the job & gave me a quote, I told him I was leaving town for a few weeks & he gave me a two weeks window. After we discussed what I wanted, he did a contract right in front of me after giving me a quote, it stated everything to be done , we both signed off & I paid him 50% upfront & he had a phone credit card swiper. New fence was actually done the day I flew back into town so I wasn't there when it was done but I was satisfied with the price & quality of the work. Reinaldo at Fences4us was extremely professional, transparent and thorough. I was comfortable in every step of the process and at first I didn’t believe all the 5 star reviews , but after he installed my fence, I have no doubts ! He will work with you and your needs. There was another review that said he makes you feel like you are his only customer and I just want to amplify that comment!
