Honestly, I see so many negative reviews, and I don't get it. Maybe it's because I've always worked in customer service myself so I am very patient and kind (I'm also not technically "from here") but the workers that took care of me and my friend were OUTSTANDING! Her nails were literally STUNNING, and mine were exactly what I wanted. Doris was sweet, kind, and listened to my wants as a new customer, so I will be returning just to see her... mine were simple, short black stilettos (basic, but I'm happy ??♀️)
