At Broadway vision I was seen right away even though I didn't have an appointment. The doctor and the staff were very courteous and attentive to my needs. I will highly recommend them.

I been going to the Eye doctor here for years. I love the the place. Just didn't like how I was treated on May 8,2024. I had a appointment for 10:40 am. I got there at 9:45 Early and 10 am no one show up to opening up. It was also another guy there waited. No one show up until after 10:30 am . They didn't text me to Reschedule until after 10:17am that morning. I didn't get the text phone was in bag. I when in after they opening. Said to the women. I understand a emergency. Text after10:17 am. When I am already here not home. I also said I should get a discount the next time I come.
