I been going to the Eye doctor here for years. I love the the place. Just didn't like how I was treated on May 8,2024. I had a appointment for 10:40 am. I got there at 9:45 Early and 10 am no one show up to opening up. It was also another guy there waited. No one show up until after 10:30 am . They didn't text me to Reschedule until after 10:17am that morning. I didn't get the text phone was in bag. I when in after they opening. Said to the women. I understand a emergency. Text after10:17 am. When I am already here not home. I also said I should get a discount the next time I come.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me pick the right glasses for me. Doctor Anukwuem was very professional and took good care of me. I will be returning. ??
