pro: the pedicures are amazing when I go here and the service from mngt and some employees are great. my eye brows are usually done well.
con: I had two full sets done here before and they have been horrible. from the line work, to how the glue was applied to nail charms, how long the nails last, and pure effort put into the sets. the full set is the most expensive piece of the services I usually get done while here and its a bit disappointing when the nails dont match the price.

This place is ideal when you need something done quickly. The prices are pretty reasonable (less than a $100 for a UV gel fill and a gel pedicure). The location is convenient for me, and I appreciate the wide nail color selection.
However, during my appointment, my nail technician had her sister there (who didn’t work there) and chatted with her the entire time while also taking multiple calls – over five times – which was distracting. I think she could have done a better job if she was focused.

I was utterly upset. I understand babysitting conditions, but when I am paying—and I paid over a hundred dollars—I need to be your main focus. Each of my nails has a different shape. If I talked as much as your employees do to each other, I would not have a job. There was no supervision whatsoever. When I went to check out, the ATM was out of order, which I can understand. Your front desk personnel were going to charge me $5 because I had to use a credit card. (Your ATM is broken; let me know that before service.)
