Very friendly facility with caring staff.
Only not-perfect thing I noticed was a leaky toilet in the public rest room near the front desk: water seeping onto floor from base of toilet. I notified receptionist.
The patient I visited had been moved from his first room to a different one, and during the move the staff lost his prescription glasses. I notified social worker. Hopefully the pt will get his glasses back, or be reimbursed.
Update: The patient did get his glasses back, and staff emailed me to let me know! Spring Grove staff seem to be striving for patient and family satisfaction!
I have loved this place for my rehab stay. The staff are great! The nursing staff were so kind and helpful to me every day! There is a positive energy vibe in the facility! Everyone is always smiling and I have had a great experience! Ginny and my CNA Diana were so great! I felt like I was in a resort !
Highly recommend!
