Unhelpful and uninformed staff makes the process a nightmare. I called in regard to denied lead disputes. I was finally able to reach a junior account manager. This person was not able to solve my problem. You do not have a dedicated account manager with this company. There is no one accountable to making sure you are taken care of.9/10 leads through this company have disconnected phone numbers and vague nonsensical information in their form submission. This is very difficult to get a return on your investment if you are an attorney looking for probate leads.I signed up for only probate leads. I disputed leads where there is no estate that needs to be administered. This should be simple and cut and dry but it has been a disaster.Probate is a simple process to define. 10/15 disputes I put up were denied.In each of these cases, there was no estate to administer yet the company denied my dispute.Overall a disaster in every regard. Do not work with Martindale. Do not pay for these leads. Do not waste your time.

It is a complete waste of time and money. I have not converted a single lead into a client and I've had 13 leads. Many leads do not want to hire an attorney, others already have an attorney they are happy with, and others just want free advise. I would never use them again. Keep in mind I just stopped working to quickly write this review. I am betting that most people who see this review are here to write their own bad review. Welcome to the club!
