Paid my Cobra bill 10 days before it was due, but they didn't reinstate my coverage. Several weeks later and it still isn't reinstated after multiple phone calls.
Have been calling this place for a month and a half. Just get the run around. Can’t believe it. Nasty condescending rep too. No follow through if there is any type of issue
Horrible communication. Terminated my coverage due to a change in Cobra administrators and didn't notify me. Just kept collecting my payments...for a while.
