It was extremely refreshing to work with real professionals and artisans in their field. They came to give me an estimate when they said they were going to come. They got back to me quickly with an estimate. They started the day that they said they were going start.

We went in one day and saw the sign said we needed an appointment to go in, but we called and asked and they said it was okay. The lady there really took good care of us and showed us a lot of stuff based on what we said we wanted. The prices were all good too, much better than comparable styles we saw at Home Depot, plus we felt better supporting local business. I'm sure we were a pain because we liked all the marble styles but didn't want to worry about the upkeep for marble backsplashes. We ended up picking out a beautiful brick-like carrarra marble style backsplash and it looks beautiful with our brand new blue cabinets. The bricks came in all kinds of beveled shapes and the one we liked we had never seen anywhere else (the bevels raise outwards to give texture). We also preferred the shorter brick shape to the subway tile all the other places had. Overall I think I like it more and it was way cheaper than doing the marble chevron shape we originally wanted to do.

Customer service is out of this world!Looking to redo our bathroom we looked at a couple tiles places to find the tiles we liked. Nova had a few tiles that the sales woman showed us and we liked them the best out of all the samples we've seen. Super helpful in picking tiles and pricing them or similar ones to match our budget. We needed the tiles fast as our contractor was able to squeeze us in and Kenny was able to order all our tiles and get them to us quick. I had a lot of questions regarding the tiles and the measurements to make sure we had enough but much left over.
