We got a female puppy (Zagala Artemis, who we called Mis) from Carlos' Z litter in January 2013. She died in June 2023, so we're just coming up on a year without her. She was an amazing dog - not always a good pet - but a really extraordinary animal. We are very thankful for the dog we had and the quality of Carlos' breeding. She was a great companion, fiercely loyal, and very protective of us and our children. We moved to Kentucky in 2016 and her favorite thing to do was hunt rabbits in our back yard. Thank you, Carlos, for providing the dog that was such a wonderful first chapter in the life of our family.
Our Luci is a Jagermeister pup; we adopted her at 7 weeks from Jagermeister and she has an incredible temperament with a wide range from the playful and gentle side with the kids, to the other end of the spectrum on the protective side. She levels up or down to the environment and personality she is interacting with that I have never seen in any dog. She is super healthy and one of the strongest female German Shepherds I've seen. Carlos is a fantastic breeder and his K-9 training is phenomenal. He is also a genuine / sincere guy who loves what he does and it shows. We look forward to our monthly training sessions with Carlos and wouldn't consider anyone else even though its a bit of a drive for us. I highly recommend Jagermeister German Shepherds and Carlos Rojas. We plan to adopt a second pup from Jagermeister down the road.
