What is the point of having someone working here is all they do is sit behind the window on their phone. Then when you ask for help, they have very little patience and poor customer service- don't listen. I noticed washer didn't pull in the main wash detergent and it was on rinse cycle already. I went to tell the employee and he went and got a bottle of water to push the detergent. I told him isn't it too late. He says no, its on 2nd rinse, you have one more...ummm rinse is not wash. My friend’s pillowcase became stuck in the mechanism in the back of the dryer. After calling a worker over for assistance, he ripped the pillowcase and laughed saying “This happens.” There should be compensation for the machine/worker destroying my friend’s pillowcase.

the air dryer machines raise frequent errors/stops. I get tired of calling the worker to come fix.

Also dislike the fact that if i choose hot or warm water for washing i only get cold.

I will choose somewhere else to go.
