My friend’s pillowcase became stuck in the mechanism in the back of the dryer. After calling a worker over for assistance, he ripped the pillowcase and laughed saying “This happens.” There should be compensation for the machine/worker destroying my friend’s pillowcase.

the air dryer machines raise frequent errors/stops. I get tired of calling the worker to come fix.

Also dislike the fact that if i choose hot or warm water for washing i only get cold.

I will choose somewhere else to go.

My go to place on the weekends especially 5-6 am early, those very young guys are amazing & very helpful! Unfortunately throughout the week, I sometimes have a bag of clothes to wash. Like today, I get there 7:30 pm with just 1 bag of clothes & there is a tall curly hair latino that always tells me “last wash already passed, sorry we’re closing.” When on the windows shows last wash at 8 & closes at 10pm. So please either fix the times or get rid of the lazy dude. Wish I would’ve gotten his name since he’s done it to me like 4-5 times & I’ll be there no more than 7:25-7:30 like c‘mom bro, if you don’t want to stay so “late” a.k.a your business hours,...read full review
