My marketing firm has been able to thrive in this office space.Marketing can sometimes be an oversaturated business- but the location of my office space has been a game changer for my company. The close proximity to so many professional business in downtown New Brunswick has cultivated numerous customers and business opportunities for me. The convenience of a parking deck and train station in walking distance is another plus! The building is fresh and fun, we are always getting compliments from customers on how inviting the lobby is.As an added bonus my employees PREFER coming to work instead of WFH. I credit this with all there is to offer in the area when their work day ends. Walking distance to so many great entertainment and dining options has been great for our staff to get to know each other and team build outside the work environment.The property owners & management team are within walking distance of my suite.
