Had a quote for a subpump and discharge line from the dad. Son called and gave a higher quote and the discharge line was closer than originally thought. The installment went quick. The discharge line was unprofessional. Called left and was told that was not part of the service. Informed Gary had on voicemail. Ended up having to pay another plumber. Advice get an invoice with a description of service. My error in not doing so. Will not use this company again.

Gary of Schrum Plumbing is reliable, honest, and fairly priced. We called him in a pinch when the heat went out during a cold snap and within an hour, he was working away and had our issue fixed in no time. When we received our bill, we felt it was fair and reasonable for all that he had done.
The next time we are in need of a plumber, we will not hesitate to call Schrum!

Gary and his team were great!! Anytime I have either, a plumbing or heating issue, I know I can count on the team at Schrum Plumbing. Gary is very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns and always provides me with several options on how to proceed, along with his recommendation.

They are easy to schedule with, and even came out that same day when I had an issue. Gary was also sensitive to the potentially high cost of the repair and wanted to help get us he best deal and the right solution. They did my fixes in one day as promised, were very clean, and great with communication.
