I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife doesn't want her name known. She started going here for rehabilitation. She's seen two of the therapist so far. She was very pleased with Jennifer. She is very helpful and engaging. She's also seen Mary which she doesn't care to work with anymore. I won't go into deep details, but her experience with Mary is the exact opposite of her experience with Jennifer. My wife was reluctant to write this review for fear she would be mistreated. She's worked with Mary on multiple sessions and it was exactly the same.
Terrible experience with private swim instructions here. The swim instructor was totally ineffective. She had no clue as to what is to be taught. After 22 swim classes, my daughter still cannot swim freestyle. Candance, their aquatic director, implied there was a problem with my daughter, not her instructors. My daughter was actually excelling at Goldfish Swim (Manapalan), I wish I had stayed there instead of wasting my time and money here at RWJ. The staff here is truly unbearable. First they sold me a package of 16 classes. Then Candace, in her usual confrontational manner, kept insisting there is no one available. When I asked her to refund my money, she magically found an instructor! Honestly, I'd have been better off getting my money refunded back then. Anyway, my experience here was BAD --- rude staff, poor instructors, what more can one say, except I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
I had an unfavorable experience at RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center. The manager was rude, and the introduction to the facility's rules was rushed and incomplete. Additionally, the center seems highly money-oriented and materialistic, overshadowing the essence of health and wellness. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, making it difficult to focus on a genuine fitness journey.
