I have to say, they have a bit of a reputation for not opening on time. It doesn't look like they will change that anytime soon. I only go there when I absolutely must. I have to admit that their quality is good. And the best part? The people who work there are friendly and welcoming.

They always do a very good job braiding my hair. I'm always satisfied with the results. Only negative is they don't come at start time of 9:30. They should really change their start time. Other than that my hair always looks good when they are done. My edges are also in tact when I take out my braids. Edges matter.

I was told that they open at 9:30. No one opened the shop till after 10: 30. I have 4c long natural hair that i blow dryed very well. That shrunk up during my wait.It rained that day. The youngest stylist there did my hair. I had to stop her a few times be cause she was pulling my hair apart from the roots then got an attitude because she was hurting me. I had to request a blow dryer to blow my hair out again just to get through the style. I requested to sit in front of the mirror to to watch and the stylist accommodated me then moved the chair away from the mirror when i got up. Customer service is nonexistent there.
